Our family used G2R when my parents lived at Cabot Village for several years. For my mother, we found the nurse aides were compassionate, caring people who were reliable and trustworthy. The patience and skills the nurse aides exhibited gave me peace of mind so I could still work full time! Anytime I had a concern or issue it was addressed immediately. Eron, the owner and manager was available day or night. We had several emergencies that required flexibility and a change in care, and I was so grateful that G2R could be called on for extened hours. When my father needed nurse aide services, he was comforted that for his privacy there were male nurse aides available, who showed the same excellent care. Our nurse aides joined us for family celebrations from birthdays to anniversaries. In addition, the payment system and organization for the business end was updated to make it easier for clients.
